Lux Pro is an app for finding something to join tonight: football at seven, padel at lunch, yoga on Sunday, chess in a café. People open it to answer one question — what is happening near me that I can still get into.
If you are the person who organizes any of that — a club, a court, a studio, or just the one who books the pitch every Tuesday — this page is about what it takes to put your activity in front of them. The short version: it is free, it takes a few minutes, and nothing about how you already run things has to change.
What it does for you
People find you by what they want to do, and when
Your activity appears to people nearby who are looking for that sport, on that evening. They are not browsing a directory of clubs — they are looking for something to join now, which is a much shorter conversation than persuading a stranger to try your club.
They sign themselves up
Places are taken in the app, so you see who is coming without running a roll call in a comment thread. When the last place goes, it goes — nobody arrives to find the game full.
Everyone has a confirmed number
Every member verifies a phone number before they can join anything. It is the one thing that makes a stranger showing up to your session a reasonable proposition rather than a gamble.
How to start
- Install Lux Pro and confirm your phone number — the same step every member takes.
- Ask for the organizer role from inside the app. It opens a short form: who you are, where you run things, and what you are planning. A person reads it, which takes days rather than minutes.
- Once the role is granted, publish your activity: what, where, when, and how many places. People nearby see it and join.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no fee to list, no commission on who turns up, and no exclusivity — keep using whatever else you already use.
There are no payments inside the app at all. If your session costs money, participants settle it with you exactly as they do today; Lux Pro never sits between you and the money.

The application happens in the app rather than on this page: the role is granted against a confirmed phone number, and that number is never typed into a website.
The usual questions
- Do I need to be a registered club?
- No. Plenty of activities are run by one person who books a court and brings people. The role is about being responsible for a session, not about paperwork.
- What if my session is not a sport?
- Clubs in Lux Pro are sport-agnostic — a chess night, a language exchange, a hiking group and a running club are the same kind of thing here.
- What if nobody joins?
- Then you have lost the few minutes it took to publish it. The honest position: this is an app that is still filling up, and the early activities are the ones that decide whether it does.
