This page explains how to delete your Lux Pro (com.luxpro.app) account and the personal data associated with it, or how to request deletion of specific data without closing your account. Lux Pro is operated from Luxembourg under the GDPR. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app (recommended)

Open the Lux Pro app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Confirming permanently and irreversibly deletes your account and associated data. This is the fastest method and completes within minutes.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app (for example, you have already uninstalled it), send a deletion request to privacy@lux-pro.app from the email address associated with your account, or include your account phone number. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Delete specific data without closing your account

To request deletion or correction of specific personal data while keeping your account active (GDPR right to erasure / rectification), email privacy@lux-pro.app describing the data you want removed. We action verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes:

  • Your profile (display name, photo/avatar, biography, sport interests, languages, age range)
  • Your uploaded media (profile photo, club banners, match attachments) in cloud storage
  • Your in-app messages, and the matches, clubs, events, results, and posts tied to your account
  • Your account identifiers — phone number, email address, Firebase User ID, and push token
  • Your authentication account

What may be retained

Crash and diagnostic logs collected by Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your profile content and follow Google’s standard retention. Where we are legally required to keep certain records, we retain only the minimum for the required period; all other personal data is removed within approximately 30 days of the request being processed. Deletion cannot be undone.
