Child Safety Standards
On this page
Lux Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a community and sports-activity application operated from Luxembourg. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards against CSAE, how users can report it, how we respond, and how to reach us. It complements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Minimum Age
Lux Pro is intended for users aged 16 and older. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow accounts for anyone under this age. If we become aware that an under-age account exists, we disable it.
Prohibited Conduct and Content
The following are strictly prohibited anywhere in the app (profiles, photos, chat messages, club and activity content, or any other user-generated content):
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
- Sexualisation of minors, including text, images, or solicitation;
- Grooming, enticement, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor;
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE/CSAM content;
- Any other content or conduct that endangers a child.
How to Report
Every user can report unsafe content or behaviour, and block other users, directly inside the app:
- Report a user or message from chat and from a user’s profile;
- Block a user to immediately stop contact;
- Contact support from in-app Settings for anything that needs escalation.
You can also report child-safety concerns to us directly by email (see Contact below). Reports can be made anonymously where the law allows. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Our Response
We review reports of CSAE and act promptly. Our actions include, as appropriate:
- removing offending content;
- suspending or permanently terminating the offending account(s);
- preserving relevant evidence as required by law;
- reporting CSAM to the competent authorities — including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant Luxembourg and EU authorities — in accordance with applicable law;
- cooperating with law-enforcement requests.
Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable child-safety and child-protection laws in the jurisdictions where Lux Pro is available, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. We handle any related personal data in line with the GDPR and Luxembourg data-protection law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
