Mobil'Aînés®: intergenerational walk
Short, gentle walk in pairs of older and younger people, designed for seniors who use a cane, walker or wheelchair. A festive dance warm-up comes first, and workshops on adapted exercise and mobility run alongside. Hats are encouraged this year.
