Become an organizer

Organizers create matches, events and clubs in Lux Pro, manage spots and waitlists, and check people in at the door. The role is granted by hand: nobody upgrades their own account.

Fill in the form below and a person at Lux Pro reads it. We look at where you organize, what you plan to run, and whether we can reach you. Expect days rather than minutes — we have not fixed a turnaround, and we would rather say so than promise one we cannot keep.

How it works

  1. You send this form. Nothing about your account changes yet.
  2. A person at Lux Pro reads it, and replies to the email address you give below if anything is unclear.
  3. If we approve you, we add the organizer role to your account by hand. Reopen the app and the organizer view is there — there is no separate confirmation step inside the app.
  4. If we decline, we tell you, and you may apply again later.

Your application

This form was not opened from the Lux Pro app, so it carries no account. Give the phone number and email address that are on your Lux Pro account, or we cannot match the two.

Where we answer. Use an address you actually read.

With the country code. Your account already has a number — this one is how a person checks, by hand, that the application and the account are the same you.

For example “Luxembourg City”, or the district and country where you run activities.

Which sports or activities, roughly how often (once a week, twice a month …), and how many people you usually expect.
